RETURNS POLICY

We are pleased to offer a 14-day return policy on most products. You may return your product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund under the following General Terms. Please be aware, however, that we cannot accept returns on pickups & preamps once they have been installed, in order to maintain our quality standards.

GENERAL TERMS

  • Items must be returned in their original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and showing no signs of use.
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item was not as described.
  • Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

REFUNDS

  • The purchaser is entitled to a reimbursement upon qualification, which shall be issued in the form of a refund credited back to the original payment method registered at the time of placing order.
  • Qualified returns will be reimbursed, with the refund issued back to the original payment method used at the time of the order.
  • Refunds include the full initial price paid, including standard shipping costs.
  • Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used for the order.
  • Returns must be processed individually; combining separately requested returns can delay the refund process.
  • Return Authorization from us is required for your return to be eligible for a refund. Follow the instructions provided for a smooth return process. Returns without prior arrangement will not be refunded.
  • To qualify for a refund, items must be in the exact same condition as received. We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of extreme policy abuse, such as excessive returns or fraud.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

    • The refund process typically takes 5-7 business days after we receive your package. This time frame does not include the transit time for us to receive your return.
    • Any items accidentally or incorrectly returned to Korg USA will be the responsibility of the sender. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee resolution in such cases.
